Robert McCarroll Limited have achieved an accreditation to the Investors in People Standard. Commenting on this Mr.Robert G McCarroll ( Director ) said “We decided in year 2008 to investigate the possibilities of acquiring the I.I.P. Standard for our company and through our investigations it was decided to embark on this journey. As our company had many excellent practices already achieved and in place we were confident that we had already met with many of the criterion required to achieve I.I.P.
The vision, hard work and dedication of our people involved with the development and implementation of the procedures to meet the standard, ensured that when our company was assessed for accreditation we were able to demonstrate and quantify our practices and procedures.
I look upon this achievement as a reward for all the staff in our company and the part all have played in achieving Investors in People.”

Robert McCarroll Ltd is pleased to announce achieving again C.H.A.S.(Contractors Health & Safety Assessment) for year 2009. In continuing improvement and in response to current Health & Safety legislations Robert McCarroll Ltd has embarked in year 2009 on a program to ensure each employee, required to work on our clients sites obtain C.S.C.S. (C.I.T.B. Construction Skills Card) in conjunction with our C.I.T.B. Training Plan.
Also in year 2009 Robert McCarroll Ltd has entered in association with Tarmac “The Tarmac Generic Contractor SHE Induction”encompassing “Tarmac’s Safety Golden Rules”.
These developments continue to demonstrate Robert McCarroll’s commitment and vision within our Health & Safety Policy.
